In the Alekseev district of the Volgograd region, bailiffs collected alimony from a local resident for the support of his ex-wife, who was diagnosed with a disability.
The journalists of “Horadski Vestak” learned about this from the press service of the regional UFSSP. It is reported that the woman became disabled almost immediately after the divorce. Her pension was not enough for treatment, and she appealed to the court with a demand to oblige her ex-husband to pay alimony for her maintenance.
– The court satisfied the claim, obliging the man to transfer half of the subsistence minimum per capita, established in the Volgograd region, to the maintenance of his ex-wife every month, – the agency explained. – The executive document was sent to the bailiff service.
To date, there is no arrears of alimony, with the help of bailiffs, the rights of a disabled woman have been restored.
