According to the deputy head of Voronezh, Lyudmila Borodina, we are talking about those entrepreneurs who did not proceed with the renewal during the period allotted to them, and it was also extended.
– We consider them hopeless, we are preparing the first 20 notices on the cancellation of accommodation contracts. In addition, changes to the regulatory framework have been adopted, which make it possible to carry out dismantling in just 3 days after the publication of the information, – stated Lyudmila Borodina.
Moreover, it will be possible to return illegal structures demolished in this way only through the court. In this way, the authorities hope to “discipline unscrupulous entrepreneurs”.
Meanwhile, business representatives continue to send applications for the placement of stops of the new model. 180 such facilities are currently installed. Another 13 applications are under consideration. For the fact that entrepreneurs will install stops with a camera and a monitor, they will get the right to extend the location of the object from 8 to 10 years.
