“In Yakutsk, so many schools have never been built at the same time

Today, July 20, Il Darkhan, during another detour, checked how schools are being built in Yakutsk.

An additional building of secondary school No. 19, designed for 326 students, is being built at the Poultry Factory. With the commissioning of a three-story facility with an area of more than 5,500 square meters in this area of the city, the issue of the transition of schoolchildren from two-shift to one-shift education will be immediately resolved.

The builders have already completed the foundation work, poured the basement covering and are now engaged in the installation of the ceilings of the second floor. The new building is planned to be commissioned by the end of the year.

Another object that Aysen Nikolaev inspected today is the additional building of Saha Polytechnic Lyceum. The area of the building is 5.3 thousand square meters, 326 children will study there.

At the request of the school team, a planetarium was included in the project. 35 people work at the site, but the number of construction workers will be increased in the near future.

The work is going exactly according to the plan, there is no delay in the schedule. Now the basement floor has been poured on the object and monolithic columns are being installed on the first floor.

At the end of the year, an additional three-story building of Markhin Secondary School No. 1, designed for 326 places, will open its doors. Its area is more than 5.8 thousand square meters.

As the head of Yakutia was told, putting the building into operation will make the educational institution a full-time school: parents who work in the city will be able to leave their children in safe conditions.

43 people are working on the construction site, and work is underway to cover the second floor. Construction will be completed by the end of November.

As Il Darkhan noted, the construction of educational facilities is being carried out according to the master plan of Yakutsk as part of Vladimir Putin’s order. “Never in Yakutsk have so many school buildings been built at the same time. Today, less than half of the schools under construction were visited in half a day. I am sure that with the introduction of these facilities, we will significantly improve the learning conditions for our children in the city. There are no questions for the builders. The main thing is not to reduce the pace and follow the approved plan, “said Il Darkhan.

According to the head of the Yakutsk Education Department, Maria Petrova, the construction of the annex in the Poultry Factory area began very timely. The educational institution will have additional sports, assembly halls, a new dining room, chemistry and physics classrooms. “At the Poultry Factory, we plan to develop natural science education,” Maria Petrova added.

A new building of the Yakut cadet school with a dormitory is going to be built in Markh by the beginning of the academic year under the national project “Education”. The facility is 98% ready. It remains to carry out start-up and adjustment works of engineering communications and arrange furniture and equipment.

140 cadets from the 7th to the 11th grades from the whole republic study at the school. The opening of a three-story educational building with an area of more than six thousand square meters for 200 places will allow to increase the number of students, as well as open enrollment from the 5th grade. And by the end of November, the builders will rent a dormitory for 125 people.

“This is a super-modern, powerful building that will allow high-quality education and upbringing of children. The project of the new school was developed taking into account all our wishes. There will be a climbing wall, a stadium, an obstacle course and, of course, a playground,” shared the director of the cadet boarding school, Aleksey Karakin.

Aysen Nikolaev also checked the progress of the special (correctional) school No. 4 for 180 students. The facility with an area of almost five thousand square meters is being built in the 143rd quarter of the capital on Piragov Street. The adjusted design and estimate documentation is sent to the state expert. 33% of the work is completed, there is a lag behind the schedule. Now 30 people work on the construction site.

The head of Yakutia instructed to create a roadmap for further construction and a work schedule by August 1. He also demanded to increase the number of builders to 100 people. The school should be commissioned in 2025.

We remind you that according to the Yakutsk development master plan approved by the head of state, 12 schools and 18 kindergartens should be built in the city in six years.
