Sometimes this is state aid to those students who are in dire need of support. To receive a social scholarship, only 5 and 4 are not required. According to the “Tlumachim.RF” portal, it is given to students who study full-time on the budget and are orphans, disabled children, disabled since childhood, disabled of groups I and II, veterans of combat operations.
To apply for a social scholarship, you should contact the dean’s office, professional committee, department of extracurricular or social work of the university. You need to have with you documents that confirm the privileged status (certificates, military ID, certificate).
The minimum amount of the social stipend at the university is 2,227 rubles, at the SSNU – 809 rubles.
